Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped same or next business day. However, AquaLiv Water Systems are custom built to your specifications after the order is placed and often take longer. Shipping options such as 'Overnight' etc. specify the shipping service only and do not necessarily guaranty delivery on the next day. Orders over $73 ship free only in the United States. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
Privacy & Security: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Ordering: Orders can be placed online at aqualivstore.com or by phone. It is important that if you do not reach a sales representative when calling that you leave a message stating you would like to place an order by phone. Thank you.
International Orders: International orders must be placed by phone at 800-794-6976 and do not qualify for free shipping. Alternatively, you can send an email with the items you would like to purchase for a shipping quote. We are happy to facilitate international orders for all products. Thank you.
Payment Options: AquaLiv Store accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders.
Viewing Orders: All orders placed at aqualivstore.com can be viewed by selecting 'My Account' in the dark horizontal bar at the top of the screen, or by following the link in your order confirmation email.
Updating Account Information: By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. To sign up or update this information, simply select 'My Account' in the dark horizontal bar at the top of the screen.
